To deposit money from Coinbase into Coinbase Pro:


Portfolio

Deposit

Select Coin

Click Coinbase.com

Click Max or desired amount

Scroll down, click Deposit


To deposit money from Bank into Coinbase Pro:



To BUY in Coinbase Pro:

Click Trade

Select coin pairing you'd like to trade.

Select Limit (not Market, unless you want to pay .5% fee)

Click a price in the Order Book (green number)

Click Max (or type in desired amount)

Place Buy Order

Check the status of your order in Open Orders ("open" or "filled" once bought)



To Trade:

Click Trade

Click Select Market, click the pair you want to trade (ETH/USD if you want to sell ETH into USD)

Click Sell

Click Limit (to select a price to sell or buy at)

Click on a red number in the order book to sell, or green number to buy (then you may adjust number as desired, higher or lower, and double check!)

Click Max  (adjust this amount as desired)

Place Sell (or Buy) Order


Note: If the order book is going crazy with buys and sells, it may be easiest to select Market instead of Limit to immediately buy or sell a coin.

- "post only mode error" = cancel order and change the price, order it again. Or just Market Buy instead of Limit Buy.
